Safe Defender wants you to be 100% satisfied with your product. If you need to return or exchange an item please fill out the form below and include your contact information and order number. We will email you for further information if needed to return your merchandise. Send your items to us via Fed Ex ground in the original packaging. All returns and exchanges must be returned within 90 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
